Noelle (Elle for short) is a lab possible border collie mix estimated around 9 months old. Elle was hit by a car and a good samaritan took her in for medical care. She is super sweet, loves to give kisses, is crate trained, has been spayed, and up to date on vaccinations, and working on house training. Elle is now available for adoption!
