Pepper is a sweet girl looking for her forever home! We believe she is a border collie/lab mix. Pepper does not meet a stranger (dog or human) and insists on being friends with everyone. She is mostly house trained though has occassional accidents as puppies do. Pepper is a very energetic girl, loves to play with toys, and nap time snuggles in her fosters bed. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations.
