Spark weighs around 12 pounds. He is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. He is still learning about going potty outside and needs a patient home while he learns. He is very smart and one he is familiar with his people, he is very loving. He has done good with other dogs but bigger ones make him a little nervous.
